Senior Specialist – Product Management (Security Solutions)

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization (SSO) is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the development and execution of Ethoca Consumer Clarity solutions across the EEMEA region. You will act as the regional subject‑matter expert, driving growth and delivering secure, transparent transaction experiences for consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product leadership as the champion for Ethoca Consumer Clarity, understanding market nuances and industry trends.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in partnership with global product teams and regional SSO leads.
• Collaborate with Operations & Technology, Finance, Pricing, Marketing and other functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Enable sales teams by supporting market expansion, customer penetration and account management activities.
• Drive product optimization through enhancements, thought leadership and close work with sales and services.
• Monitor solution performance, lead budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product management, preferably within payments or security solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Ethoca Consumer Clarity or similar consumer‑facing transaction information products.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical and business‑case development skills.
• Experience operating in the Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) market.
