About the role

The BDT Digital Ecosystem Consultant roster supports a partner company in delivering strategic advice for global digital transformation initiatives. Based in Turkey, consultants will work on projects that accelerate innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive digital ecosystems across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends, digital transformation, and policy developments.
• Develop strategic deliverables such as reports, frameworks, roadmaps, playbooks, and guidelines.
• Support readiness assessments, gap analyses, and case studies to identify digital growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship programs at national, regional, or international levels.
• Provide strategic advice and technical expertise to ecosystem‑building activities.
• Create data‑driven insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop impactful solutions and knowledge resources.
• Participate in forums, workshops, and engagement activities to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent advanced education in digital development, technology, innovation, policy, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of professional experience in digital transformation, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, or technology development.
• Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and ability to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations.
