Technical Product Manager

About the role

Mercury is building a state‑of‑the‑art shipping platform for life‑science and healthcare companies. As a Technical Product Manager you will own product areas end‑to‑end, turning complex business and customer challenges into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, definition, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, scalable product specifications.
• Partner with Engineering to design solutions, evaluate technical trade‑offs and ensure successful delivery.
• Define requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Use data, customer feedback and operational insights to guide product decisions.
• Communicate priorities and decisions across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar role.
• Strong technical instincts and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Based in Turkey and able to work Turkey business hours.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative and highly accountable.
