Senior/Lead VMware Cloud Foundation Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Consultant to design, build and manage enterprise‑grade, software‑defined data centre environments. The consultant will work closely with customers to deploy VCF, integrate third‑party solutions and ensure secure, scalable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure VCF9 solutions, including SDDC, NSX, vSAN, operations and automation.
• Assess existing VCF environments and perform lifecycle management (LCM) activities.
• Integrate third‑party systems with VMware Cloud Foundation.
• Lead multi‑cloud infrastructure accelerator engagements, migrations and roll‑outs.
• Define project requirements, assess impacts, and manage implementation, rollback and closure plans.
• Develop technical content, best‑practice guides and white papers.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive internal optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3‑5 years in a customer‑facing consulting role, preferably within a system integrator or IT services firm.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Fluency in Turkish is required.

• VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) – deployment, management and administration.
• NSX, vSAN, vSphere/vCenter.
• Aria Automation and Aria Operations.
• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Multi‑cloud infrastructure design and migration.
• Disaster recovery, SLA management, backup, multi‑site monitoring, AD & DNS.
• Experience with third‑party integrations to VCF.
