About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Editor to help train AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Turkey, engaging in bilingual conversations in English and Turkish to evaluate and improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and conduct diverse bilingual tasks for AI chatbots.
- Assess chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and linguistic quality.
- Write original conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
- Provide detailed feedback on model performance and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Turkish.
- Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
