About the role
As a UPS Courier you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial locations. The role is fast‑paced, physically demanding and requires safe driving practices while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect parcels to and from homes and businesses.
- Follow UPS safe‑driving procedures and transportation methods.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through efficiency and professionalism.
- Adhere to UPS appearance and uniform guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) repeatedly.
- Meets local age and licensing requirements to operate a delivery vehicle.
- Available to work five days per week.
- Strong customer‑contact skills and a professional driving record.
