DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join ING Hubs Türkiye as a DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and continuously improve the platforms that power the bank’s international ecosystem. You will work in an Agile, Scrum and DevOps environment, collaborating with software engineers, architects and product teams to enhance reliability, automate processes and enable safe, fast software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement production changes safely while minimizing operational risk.
• Investigate and resolve third‑line incidents and operational challenges.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and operational overhead.
• Lead Disaster Recovery planning, testing, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor platform health, reliability, capacity and performance, and generate operational reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment processes in Agile, Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in international, distributed teams.

• Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
• Ansible and Docker
• RedHat‑based Linux administration
• ELK Stack, Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring and observability
• Python and Bash scripting
