Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Danone Türkiye is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive digital strategy, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional projects that connect the brand with consumers across websites, apps, and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy and innovation, shaping personalized consumer journeys and upgrading digital products.
• Utilise first‑party data with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase and Adjust to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with agencies to design and execute SEO, media, creative, and analytics campaigns.
• Manage CRM roadmap, grow the consumer database and foster brand loyalty.
• Coordinate projects at the intersection of brand, tech, media and creativity, translating data into clear stories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, martech or e‑commerce (including internships or project work).
• Fluent in English and Turkish; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working with first‑ and third‑party data for segmentation and personalization.
• Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills.
