Communications Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to reinforce our Brand and Corporate Communication Team at Kordsa. The role will develop and execute communication strategies that align with business objectives and support the company’s sustainability and values agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement communication strategies for the Kordsa brand in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to plan and execute brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate and support CEO and executive communications, including speeches and thought leadership.
• Support investor relations communications in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Take an active role in crisis and issue communication processes.
• Manage social media communications to increase audience engagement.
• Execute corporate social responsibility projects and develop partnerships aligned with company values.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a global organization.
• Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business strategies into clear and consistent communication messages.
• Strategic mindset with experience in developing innovative communication solutions.
• Experience in executive and CEO communications and crisis communication processes.
• Proven experience in content creation such as press releases, speeches, thought leadership, and internal communications.
