Communications Specialist

About the role

Kordsa is looking for a Communications Specialist to strengthen its Brand and Corporate Communication team. The role will support the company’s inclusive and innovative culture by delivering clear, strategic messages across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement communication strategies for the Kordsa brand in line with business objectives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to boost market visibility.
• Collaborate with business units to plan and execute brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate and support CEO and executive communications.
• Assist investor relations communications in partnership with relevant teams.
• Play an active role in crisis and issue communication processes.
• Manage social media communications to increase audience engagement.
• Execute corporate social responsibility projects and develop partnerships aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of corporate communications experience, preferably in a global organization.
• Fluent English with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business strategies into clear, consistent messages.
• Strategic mindset with a talent for innovative communication solutions.
• Experience in executive/CEO communications and crisis communication processes.
• Proven track record in content creation (press releases, speeches, thought leadership, internal communications).
• Experience managing CSR communication projects aligned with sustainability agendas.
• Experience working with agencies and external partners.
• Familiarity with digital communication strategies, social media platforms, content calendar management, and media monitoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational abilities.
