Marketing & Communication Internship – Smart Start

About the role

Join Bosch’s Smart Start program as a Marketing & Communication Intern in Bursa. You will support network marketing and communication activities, helping to increase visibility across global locations while gaining hands‑on experience in content creation and internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Support network marketing and communication initiatives to boost global visibility.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to gather and share success stories, innovative practices, and achievements.
• Create engaging internal content such as articles, videos, graphics, and success stories.
• Assist in preparing posts and visual material for internal communication platforms.
• Contribute to planning and organizing marketing and communication events.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in marketing, communication and content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with creating visual content for internal channels.
