B2B Marketing Manager – Turkey (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and results‑driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead lead and demand generation in the Turkish market. The role will design, execute and measure integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on MQL and pipeline creation.
• Develop and manage the content funnel, including blog posts, case studies and whitepapers to support the sales cycle.
• Plan, execute and measure online (webinars, virtual summits) and offline (conferences, hosted events) to generate high‑quality leads.
• Design and implement Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales team.
• Maintain and grow the B2B LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content and running LinkedIn Ads.
• Track, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics such as conversion rates, CPL and pipeline contribution.
• Manage the B2B marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales (SDRs and AEs) to ensure lead quality and smooth handoffs.

Required profile

• Native Turkish speaker with professional English proficiency (C1/C2).
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead/demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Proven experience developing yearly marketing plans and managing budgets.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish B2B landscape and key industry verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling B2B content such as blog posts and case studies.
• Experience planning and executing successful online and offline B2B events.
• Prior experience building or executing formal ABM programs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and appetite for continual learning in a fast‑paced startup environment.
