Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Content Marketing Specialist to boost Doktar’s global digital presence. The role combines creative content development with data‑driven SEO optimisation across the company’s multilingual website, blog and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing and SEO strategy aligned with brand positioning.
• Own the end‑to‑end production of website, blog, social media, newsletter, case study and corporate communication content.
• Manage Doktar’s B2B LinkedIn presence, including editorial planning, publishing and community growth.
• Perform keyword, competitor and content‑gap analysis; optimise existing assets for SEO and AEO and coordinate technical fixes with agencies.
• Monitor performance of organic search, website traffic, social engagement and campaigns, reporting insights to improve effectiveness.
• Translate technical and data‑driven information into customer success stories, thought‑leadership pieces and executive communications.
• Coordinate workflows with SEO, media, digital and creative agencies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Support PR activities, award applications, influencer collaborations and event communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, SEO or digital communications, preferably B2B.
• Strong command of written and spoken English at a native‑like level.
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders and multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Experience working in international or technology‑focused environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such: Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Trends.
• Experience using Looker Studio for performance reporting and dashboard creation.
• Solid knowledge of keyword research, content optimisation and analytics.
• Familiarity with content management systems and multilingual website administration.
