Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Gamegos is an established game developer since 2006, creating top‑rated titles enjoyed by millions worldwide. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, retention and monetisation for our mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners.
• Analyse game and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Tableau and internal tools.
• Identify insights for acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• Track and report the marketing budget.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and develop marketing strategies for the gaming industry.
• Implement store search optimisation and manage in‑game offers and cross‑promotions.
• Oversee social media content and strategy.
• Create and test AI‑generated visual and video creatives for campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably for mobile games.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and logical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical team members.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Self‑starter, disciplined and motivated.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, especially AI tools.
