Export Sales Specialist (English Speaker)

About the role

The Export Sales Specialist will drive market research, manage export sales processes and represent the company at international events, focusing on the Asian side of Istanbul and surrounding regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic market research in assigned regions to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors and acquire new customers.
• Visit distributors and companies identified through research.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Manage the export sales process from quotation and pricing through production and shipment.
• Coordinate with export production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and report performance to management.
• Stay informed on industry developments and market dynamics.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow‑up on after‑sales processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in export sales of electric motors or power transmission technologies.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, logistics, customs clearance and payment terms.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• For male candidates, completion of military service.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
