About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized makeup application and product advice.

Required profile

• Ideally holds an NVQ‑3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in beauty, retail or FMCG is preferred.
• Passionate about the Charlotte Tilbury brand and able to convey its story to customers.
• Ability to adapt makeup techniques to diverse client needs.

Required skills

• Professional makeup application.
• Strong product knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
