About the role

We are seeking a Turkish‑English bilingual Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients through outbound outreach.
Conduct cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach in both Turkish and English.
Engage decision‑makers, qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and meet lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

Fluent in Turkish and English with strong verbal and written communication.
Experience in business development, sales or appointment setting.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Proactive, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

Experience using CRM systems.
Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
