About the role
We are seeking a Turkish‑English bilingual Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through outbound outreach.
- Conduct cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach in both Turkish and English.
- Engage decision‑makers, qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and meet lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Turkish and English with strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience in business development, sales or appointment setting.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
