German-speaking Sales Manager

About the role

Abacus School specializes in offline and online teaching of abacus neuromathematics for children aged 4 to 13. As the official representative of PAMA Global and the largest network in its segment, the school is expanding and seeks a German‑speaking Sales Manager to drive course sales.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone and WhatsApp to sell additional education products.
• Guide clients from application to a successful demo lesson.
• Handle client requests and wishes.
• Process transactions in AmoCRM according to regulations.
• Attend meetings with managers and training events.

Required profile

• German C1‑native proficiency.
• English or Russian at B1‑B2 level.
• At least six months of telephone sales experience.
• Literate oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high work pace with a large flow of tasks.
• Knowledge of sales stages.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and AmoCRM.
