Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst who will work across our product verticals and international entities, turning data into strategic decisions. You’ll also be expected to bring AI fluency to how the work gets done — not as a buzzword, but as a real multiplier for your output.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly financial planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for leadership across entities.
• Track and consolidate P&L performance across affiliates and subsidiaries in international markets.
• Collaborate with product, growth, and ops teams to understand drivers of financial results.
• Automate repetitive financial workflows using AI tools to increase team efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, business analysis, audit or a similar analytical role.
• Exposure to multi‑entity or cross‑border finance is a strong plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Perple) in daily work.
• Fluent in English; Turkish is required.
