Financial Specialist – IFRS Reporting

About the role
We are looking for a Financial Specialist to prepare and consolidate financial statements under IFRS, support monthly reporting, budgeting and analysis, and work closely with external auditors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Develop and improve monthly IFRS closing processes.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial analysis and dashboards.
- Prepare financial plans, annual budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with external auditors.
- Handle other ad‑hoc tasks requested by management.
Required profile
- B.Sc. degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in auditing or financial reporting (Big Four experience preferred).
- Excellent command of English and comfortable delivering presentations.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting.
