Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to create and maintain cutting‑edge mobile and web applications that drive our digital transformation in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Flutter‑based mobile and web applications with a web‑first mindset using modern technologies and architectural patterns.
• Maintain, improve, and provide technical support for existing Flutter applications.
• Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders into robust digital solutions.
• Design and implement scalable architectures using BLoC‑based state management.
• Ensure high code quality through clean code practices and refactoring.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, software architects, and delivery teams.
• Manage MethodChannel and platform‑specific integrations for Android and iOS.
• Analyze technical challenges and deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field, or at least three years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience developing Flutter applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and hands‑on experience with Clean Architecture.
• Solid experience with BLoC‑based state management and native platform integration.
• Experience with REST API and WebSocket integrations, and a good understanding of Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with Git version control and ability to produce technical documentation in English.
