About the role

Join the DoubleTree by Hilton team in Istanbul as a Receptionist and become the first friendly face guests encounter. You will create memorable first impressions while ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests, verify reservation details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
  • Process departures, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the point‑of‑sale system.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rooms, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage internal communications.

Required profile

  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a warm atmosphere.
  • Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency in daily tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for payment processing.
