About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Working at the front desk, you will be empowered to move around the property, handle operational tasks, and ensure each guest interaction feels part of a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Process check‑in and check‑out transactions and other operational needs.
  • Address guest requests promptly, providing information about the hotel and local area.
  • Share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Complete daily reports and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold confidentiality, protect company assets and ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform at all times.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior work or supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service while working on your feet.
