Greek Speaking Customer Representative

About the role

Join TELUS Digital Türkiye, a leader in customer experience transformation, as a Greek‑speaking Customer Representative for a FinTech project. You will work from Istanbul, handling inbound customer contacts in Greek and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries about the brand’s products and services, such as transfers, general information, and transaction status.
• Provide clear, polite guidance and basic information to customers.
• Escalate or redirect cases according to internal procedures.
• Follow company guidelines and stay updated on service changes.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Residency in Istanbul.
• Advanced proficiency in Greek and good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using a PC and basic CRM tools.
• Quick learner who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center is a plus.
