Guest Experience Expert – Hospitality Operations

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of the hotel, guiding guests through every moment of their stay and ensuring each interaction feels personal and memorable. You will work across the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and sharing local highlights to create a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any on‑site needs.
• Process operational requests, complete reports and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a service‑focused approach.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options and hotel amenities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment, adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
