Guest Services Officer - Receptionist

About the role

Hyatt is seeking a Guest Services Officer – Receptionist to join its Front Office team. In this rotating position you will deliver courteous, efficient service and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while upholding Hyatt’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑desk reception duties, including check‑in, check‑out and guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate room allocation and reservation records.
• Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and reflects Hyatt’s brand image.
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient running of the Rooms Division.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Tourism or Hotel Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player, self‑motivated and no military obligation for male candidates.
