About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team at Hampton by Hilton Sirkeci in Istanbul. The role involves greeting guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures, and providing excellent service in a dynamic, international hotel environment. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Preferably experienced in hospitality or tourism.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Well‑groomed with a strong sense of personal appearance.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Team‑player, energetic and solution‑oriented, with a long‑term career focus in hospitality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the PEP program (property‑management system) or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of the OnQ system is a plus.
