Airbnb & OTA Growth Specialist

About the role

Blue Palm Operational is looking for a hands‑on specialist who can turn apartment listings into high‑conversion sales documents. You will work directly on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO listings, driving click‑through and booking rates without managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize listings end‑to‑end – titles, descriptions, photos, structure and platform positioning to maximise conversion.
• Control guest communication across the entire journey, ensuring a consistent, trust‑building tone.
• Manage reviews professionally and use feedback to improve reputation and future bookings.
• Lead platform communication independently, resolving issues with Airbnb, Booking.com or the channel manager quickly.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, audit top‑performing listings and apply learnings.
• Coordinate with the pricing system to align price, positioning and presentation.

Required profile

• Proven, independent experience managing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO.
• Deep knowledge of platform quirks and the ability to navigate support for results.
• Experience with channel‑manager or PMS tools such as Hostify, Guesty or Lodgify.
• Conversion‑focused mindset with measurable‑outcome orientation.
• Fluent written and spoken English for all guest and platform communication.
• Confident daily use of AI tools as a core part of the workflow.
