Club Receptionist – Istanbul

About the role

The Club Receptionist will be the first point of contact for Soho House members and their guests in Istanbul. You will ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience from arrival to departure, handling a variety of requests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Care for private members throughout their visit.
• Take initiative to deliver first‑class service.
• Manage check‑in, concierge duties and check‑out for members.
• Greet, meet and bid farewell to members with a smile and eye contact.
• Escort members’ guests to relevant areas when possible.
• Operate telephone systems efficiently.
• Operate the club’s private membership system.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile reception cash.
• Provide local area knowledge to assist guest enquiries.

Required profile

• Full understanding of service standards expected by Soho House members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while coordinating many requests.
• Approachable, reliable and friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Turkish.
