Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

BioMar Sagun Turkey is seeking a Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist to promote high‑performance fish feed to aquaculture producers in the Aegean region. The role combines technical support in hatchery operations with sales activities to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and visit sea bass and sea bream hatcheries to position BioMar products.
• Monitor feed usage, collect and report data, and manage feed orders for the next season.
• Support customers with product selection, technical specifications, and after‑sales service.
• Prepare contracts, commercial proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and provide technical field services.

Required profile

• Degree in Fisheries Engineering, Veterinary, Biology or Animal Science.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sea bass, sea bream or meagre hatcheries, covering live feed, juvenile, larvae, pre‑rearing and adaptation stages.
• Class B driver’s license with no travel restrictions.
• Fluent in English and able to use Microsoft Office at a good level.
• Male candidates must have completed military service or be exempt.
