About the role
Join Trane Technologies as a DC Sales Support Engineer, supporting data‑center projects across Turkey and Eastern Europe. The role combines pre‑sales technical assistance, equipment selection, and disciplined project documentation management.
Key responsibilities
- Support data‑center projects through accurate equipment selection and application engineering activities.
- Provide pre‑sales technical and commercial support to the sales organization.
- Prepare, organize, track, and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of documentation, equipment selection, and project coordination for opportunities across Turkey and Eastern Europe.
- Monitor and support both pre‑sales and post‑sales processes to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and relevant departments to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Required profile
- Technically capable professional with strong engineering knowledge.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
