About the role

The Human Resources Director will drive the HR strategy and people agenda in line with business priorities, acting as a strategic partner to senior management and global HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the HR strategy and people agenda in line with business priorities.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior management and global HR teams.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, labor law, workforce operations, and disciplinary processes.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, performance management, talent, succession, and workforce planning.
• Strengthen HR transformation, digitalization, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead a broad HR organization encompassing HR Business Partners, Talent, Payroll, and Personnel Affairs.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Significant experience with blue‑collar populations and complex employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR operations; experience in a unionized environment and CBA processes is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and possess strong executive presence.
• Commercial, analytical, and hands‑on leadership style.
• Fluent command of English.
