International B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

FERTISMART is seeking an energetic B2B Sales Development Representative to drive international expansion of its IVF software solution. The role is remote and focuses on generating qualified leads and arranging software demonstrations for fertility clinics and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify IVF clinics, fertility centers, and hospitals in target international markets.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through research, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and professional outreach.
• Contact clinic owners, medical directors, IVF directors, CEOs, and hospital management to present FERTISMART's value proposition.
• Arrange and conduct qualified software demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and perform consistent follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to convert opportunities into customers.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
• Proven cold‑calling and appointment‑setting experience.
• Confident communication with senior healthcare executives.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
• Healthcare IT, SaaS, or medical technology sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Arabic language proficiency is an additional advantage.
