International Medical Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated International Procurement Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on market research, supplier sourcing, relationship management, and supporting continuous improvement of our global supply chain for medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential international suppliers for medical products.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers from various countries.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing suppliers to optimize performance and business growth.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Analyze supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in international procurement, preferably in the medical sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
