Java Developer – Hybrid, Istanbul

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Java Developer who loves programming, architecting solutions, and solving complex integration problems. The position is primarily hybrid and the candidate must be based in Istanbul.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/PhD a plus).
• 4+ years of hands‑on Java development experience.
• 4+ years of PL/SQL development experience with strong Oracle Forms expertise.
• Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) for workflow design.
• Familiarity with Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring Data.
• Experience in the banking domain is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and object‑oriented design abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
