Partnerships Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) team at Mastercard is looking for a Partnerships Enablement Specialist to design, scale, and manage learning and capability‑building programs across its partner ecosystem. You will create engaging learning experiences, certification pathways, and enablement journeys that drive platform adoption and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enablement strategies that support partner growth, adoption, and engagement.
• Design, launch, and maintain learning journeys, certification programs, and role‑based training across the partnerships ecosystem.
• Create and deliver enablement content for the Partner Advantage Portal, Salesforce, Ironclad, and other business platforms.
• Manage LMS content, reporting, and learner experiences, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Identify and implement innovative learning approaches, including gamification and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to translate processes into scalable enablement assets.
• Produce documentation, guides, onboarding materials, and knowledge resources to improve stakeholder effectiveness.
• Measure enablement impact through KPIs, adoption metrics, learner feedback, and certification completion rates.
• Support change‑management initiatives linked to new platform capabilities and partner programs.
• Continuously improve Mastercard’s partner enablement model based on feedback and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enablement, learning and development, sales enablement, partner enablement, training, or customer education.
• Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience creating curricula, certification programs, onboarding experiences, or learning journeys.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and improving learning outcomes.
