Pozisyon Hakkında

Kahvaltı/Brunch ve Pastane servisi veren işletmemize çalışacak pastry chef arıyoruz.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Head Chef'in verdiği görevleri yerine getirmek.
Pastane ürünlerini reçetelere göre eksiksiz yapmak, depolamak.
Eksilen ürünleri takibini yapmak ve ürünleri hazırlayıp tamamlamak.
Stok ve malzeme takibi yapmak.

Aranan Profil

Gerektiğinde akşam shiftinde de çalışabilecek.
Butik işletme operasyonuna uyum sağlayabilecek.
Benzer pozisyonda en az 2 yıl deneyimli.
Gıda hijyen standartlarına uygun çalışabilecek.
Pastacılığın gerektirdiği çalışma düzeni ve disiplinine sahip.
Açık mutfakta çalışmaya uyum sağlayabilecek.
Misafirlerle iletişime açık ve istekli.
Güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı.
