Pharmacovigilance Specialist

About the role

Delta PV, a leading pharmacovigilance service provider, is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support operational delivery on assigned projects. The role may act as primary or secondary project responsible and will communicate risk‑related information to the Pharmacovigilance Team Leader and Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks defined in weekly work‑planning meetings in collaboration with managers and team leaders.
• Support local and global literature screening on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Translate adverse events and quality complaints from Turkish to English.
• Enter cases into the database system and generate formal safety reports.
• Assist in follow‑up of safety alerts and ensure timely reconciliation with clients.
• Maintain continuity of pharmacovigilance activities in the absence of a specialist.
• Uphold data integrity, confidentiality and personal data protection standards.
• Participate in procedure reviews, updates and relevant training sessions.

Required profile

• A Pharmacy degree (mandatory).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacovigilance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical companies or the broader healthcare/life‑sciences industry is an advantage.
