Purchasing Specialist

About the role

The Purchasing Specialist will manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring the organization obtains the right goods and services at the best price and quality. This role works closely with internal teams and suppliers to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes including request collection, quotation, evaluation, ordering, delivery follow‑up, and invoice control.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and quality.
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and alternatives.
• Implement cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to overall procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchasing needs.
• Monitor and maintain procurement records and documentation through SAP systems.
• Track supplier performance metrics and report periodically.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and support audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proactive team player with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP procurement systems.
