Regional Account Manager – Hematology/Nephrology (Ankara)

About the role

The Regional Account Manager will manage a defined territory in Turkey, focusing on ultra‑rare hematology and nephrology diseases. The role involves building awareness, supporting diagnosis, and driving product adoption among healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with healthcare professionals to raise awareness of specific ultra‑rare diseases.
• Develop and follow a business plan, analysing accounts to increase disease and product awareness.
• Check hospital pharmacy availability and coordinate weekly distribution.
• Utilise medical and marketing tools effectively in line with company strategy.
• Establish and maintain a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Report pharmacovigilance events, product quality complaints and medical information requests within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital business, preferably in hematology and nephrology.
• Proven pharmaceutical key‑account management experience in the same therapeutic areas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with physicians.
• Ability to work autonomously, organized and travel within the territory as required.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical regulations.
• Scientific degree or equivalent relevant experience.
