Registration and Complaint Executive (Lüleburgaz Plant)

About the role

Danone Turkey is seeking a Registration and Complaint Executive for its Lüleburgaz plant. The role ensures compliance with Danone Specialized Nutrition standards, manages customer complaints, and supports regulatory affairs and audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt, implement and monitor Danone SN standards across quality and operational processes.
• Receive, investigate, document and report customer complaints in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses with cross‑functional teams and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor complaint trends, prepare periodic reports and ensure timely closure of investigations.
• Participate in global audits, Ministry of Health inspections and FSSC 22000 audits, supporting preparation and follow‑up of audit findings.
• Manage marketing authorization applications, variations, renewals and other regulatory affairs activities.
• Prepare, maintain and submit regulatory dossiers to health authorities and handle official correspondence.
• Track regulatory and legislative changes, implement necessary actions and communicate updates internally.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality, regulatory or related functions within food, pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
• Experience working in a processing and manufacturing environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of quality and food‑safety management systems (ISO, FS22000, PRP, HACCP, GMP).
