About the role
EsteNove, a leading health tourism provider in Istanbul, is looking for enthusiastic German‑speaking Sales Specialists to support international patients throughout their medical journey.
Key responsibilities
- Contact international patients, understand their medical needs and convert inquiries into sales.
- Present healthcare packages, provide price quotations and coordinate personalized treatment plans with doctors.
- Manage the sales process using CRM software and ensure high‑quality care from consultation to after‑care.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (healthcare field advantageous but not required).
- Fluent in German; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Open to feedback, committed to personal development and passionate about sales.
