Senior Java Backend Developer – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to join our international team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservice architectures.
• Work with RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis/Couchbase, and Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to system modernization and transformation projects.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and use tools like SonarQube.
• Make architectural decisions and optimize application performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and caching systems.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and code quality practices.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, transactions, and performance optimization.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
