Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer specialized in Flutter to join a globally‑used digital product. The role is remote‑first and focuses on delivering high‑quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android while driving measurable product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile journeys such as registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, matching and user engagement.
• Analyze and improve key funnels, including upgrades, monetization, and conversion metrics.
• Own analytics for mobile journeys and support compliance features like consent and age verification.
• Monitor and enhance platform‑specific capabilities such as push notifications, deep links and real‑time features.
• Support multi‑flavor, white‑label delivery with brand‑specific configurations and Firebase environments.
• Write automated unit and widget tests to ensure reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and other cross‑functional teams in an international remote setting.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience delivering production Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture separating UI, domain/use cases, repositories and framework layers.
• Hands‑on experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt for dependency injection and GoRouter for navigation.
• Proficiency with Dio for networking and code‑generation tools for immutable data models.
