Senior Tele‑Sales Representative – Full‑Time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tele‑Sales Representative to join Medipol Healthcare Group in Istanbul. The full‑time position combines on‑site work with one‑ or two‑day hybrid arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to leads, introduce offers and convert patient inquiries into sales.
• Conduct sales calls and manage the sales process using Bitrix24 CRM software.
• Present healthcare packages with price quotations and coordinate personalized treatment plans with doctors.
• Ensure patients receive high‑quality care throughout their medical journey, from initial consultation to after‑care.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish (mandatory) and proficiency in any additional language such as English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian, etc.
• 1‑3 years experience in medical tourism or related phone sales.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Bitrix24 or other CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
