Senior Tele‑Sales Representative – USA Market

About the role

Medipol Healthcare Group, a leading Turkish healthcare provider, is expanding its International Patient Services. We are seeking a motivated Senior Tele‑Sales Representative to serve the USA market, managing patient communication and guiding them through their healthcare journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication with USA patients and introduce Medipol’s services.
• Follow up on inquiries, conduct sales calls and convert leads into treatments.
• Handle patient communication and sales processes using Bitrix24 CRM.
• Prepare personalized treatment plans and price quotations in coordination with doctors.
• Build strong relationships with international patients and ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Follow up from first contact until treatment completion.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Experience with the USA market (preferred).
• 1‑3 years in medical tourism, healthcare sales or tele‑sales.
• Previous experience in international patient services (advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with target‑driven attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Energetic, ambitious and result‑oriented personality.
