Supply Chain Scheduler

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Scheduler to join our team in Esenyurt, Istanbul. You will play a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring smooth import processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain appropriate raw material and component inventory levels.
• Track and report inventory levels on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Manage import follow‑up systems and coordinate with customs agencies.
• Define material master data for new sample parts in the SAP ERP system.
• Identify bottlenecks, plan quick actions, and resolve supply issues.
• Collect and communicate supplier delivery reliability information to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors regarding order confirmations and delivery dates.
• Prepare and release monthly and annual stock reports.
• Facilitate collaboration between logistics, purchasing, and sales departments to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Graduate in Logistics, Customs & Border Management, International Trade, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in material planning and/or purchasing.
• Proficiency in SAP MM module.
• Knowledge of customs legislation and digital platforms for customs compliance (e.g., Tareks).
• Strong command of English and good Microsoft Office skills.
