Global E-Commerce Logistic Operational Excellence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an expert to develop LC Waikiki's global e‑commerce operations end‑to‑end, ensure process excellence, and create scalable models. The role will lead critical projects that drive efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth across e‑commerce, 3PL, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis, improvement and transformation projects in global e‑commerce operations.
• Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Design operational layouts for new e‑commerce warehouses in emerging markets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with IT, logistics, customer experience and 3PL partners.
• Integrate artificial intelligence, RPA and automation technologies into daily operations.

Required profile

• Graduate from a relevant university department.
• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, logistics or operations.
• Strong ability in process analysis, KPI design and performance management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and preferably Power BI.
• Good level of English.
• Preferably Lean or Six Sigma certified.
• Ability to work with AI tools and IT integration processes.
