Ukrainian Speaking Customer Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Ukrainian‑speaking Customer Representative to join our FinTech project in Istanbul. You will handle inbound customer contacts, providing clear information and assistance on transfers, transaction status and other product‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries via phone, chat or email in Ukrainian and English.
• Provide product information, guide customers through transactions and resolve basic issues.
• Escalate or redirect complex cases according to internal procedures.
• Follow company guidelines and stay up‑to‑date with service updates.
• Maintain high service quality and strive for customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Residency in Istanbul.
• Advanced proficiency in Ukrainian and good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using a PC and basic CRM tools.
• Quick learner who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center is a plus.
